In compliance with Articles 371 to 381 of the Civil Code, the legal representative of a minor identified by health insurance has the possibility of inviting the second legal representative, under his sole responsibility, in order to allow the latter access to the data of the minor they jointly represent.
When the minor holder of "My health space" reaches majority, two situations may arise:
A “My health space” profile has already been created for the minor by his legal representative. In this case, the access of the legal representative will be closed, the new adult is informed by the health insurance that his profile "My health space" will remain open unless he objects. If the new adult decides not to keep his “My health space” profile, he can request that it be closed under the conditions described below;
A "My health space" profile was not created during his minority. He is informed by the health insurance of the automatic opening of "My health space", unless he opposes it under the conditions described below.
