Trust can use PKB for all the elective recovery initiatives, not just one. All the initiatives are connected to a patient's pathway through their diagnosis, treatment and discharge.

Why

The NHS is struggling with long waiting lists and an increase in patients needing care. Trusts need to expand capacity to reduce waiting times and reduce disruption of other pressure.

PKB can help with the current urgent Waiting List Validation priorities and the ongoing long-term wait list management of patients and improve communication between the hospital and their patients.

How 

PKB provides a digital tool for all NHSE Elective recovery plan aspects, including giving patients access to hospital data, appointments, and letters. Using the questionnaire/consultation feature to validate patients waiting repeatedly and regularly ensures accurate information when it matters most.
