The sustainability workstream allows an organisation organisations to monitor and evaluate their rollout of PKB. Our Account Managers will work with you to manage regular reviews throughout the life of the contract; , reviewing progress against agreed objectives and working collaboratively to evidence the value of delivery to both patients and clinicians.
Outside of direct contract delivery, the PKB Account Management team will also share updates from other regions using PKB , and discuss initiatives that have worked, challenges that are being faced and lessons learnt from these activities.
The intention of this is to ensure collective learning and sharing success across our customer base - this is also often published via PKB blogs.
