How can I add a care plan template?

To create a new care plan template, please contact PKB with a mock up of what you need the template to contain and we can create this for you.
Can I make plans editable by professionals only?
PKB can create care plan templates for teams with sections that are only editable by team professionals. These sections will have the label ‘Only professionals can edit this section’ and will have a different background to differentiate them from the sections that are editable by the patient. Carers, patients and professionals not linked to a PKB organisation will not be able to edit these sections.
Please let PKB know which sections you would like your template to only be editable by professionals and we can set up a template for you.

Action plans can be customised by working with your success team associate to build a bespoke HTML based plan. For more information please contact your representative from the team.
The above example includes collapsible sections which can be created by specifying the custom <details> and <summary> tags within your HTML. For a full list of tags and CSS attributes please see Care Plan HTML and CSS usage.
