ORU R01 use cases
PKB supports two use cases for ORU R01 messages:
The specification for these two uses of an ORU R01 message is sliced on MSH-3:
An MSH-3 value of "RADIOLOGY" (or the name of a radiology system we recognise) will cause the message to be processed on the basis that it contains a radiology report
Otherwise, the message will be processed on the basis that it contains laboratory test results and measurements.
