Understanding the Access Log

The access log shows who accessed a part of your record, and when. It covers the following parts of the record:

  1. Appointments

  2. Audio

  3. Care plans

  4. Demographics

  5. Diagnoses

  6. Events & messages

  7. Files

  8. Genetics

  9. Imaging

  10. Journal

  11. Library

  12. Measurements

  13. Medications

  14. Symptoms

  15. Tests

  16. Appointments

  17. Conditions

  18. Medications

This includes your own access, you can hide this by clicking the 'Hide my own access' box.

PKB also tracks access to your record by third party apps. In those cases the access log will tell you the team that authorised this access and that the access was via the REST API.

Finally, the access log shows changes in the permissions, i.e. which privacy labels a team has permission to access.
