3. Pre-registration invite communications - email template

To advise patients in anticipation of their forthcoming registration invitePrior to sending patients an email invitation to register for PKB, we recommend that the inviting Trust sends an email communication to all NEW PATIENTS to explain why and how they will be invited to register for PKB. This is to ensure patients don’t think the email invitation is a scam and an opportunity to inform them that an invitation will be sent to them and explaining the benefits of registering. We have found this pre-registration communication significantly improves customer registration rates.
