Within this section are the steps and tasks the project manager, clinical engagement lead and speciality team lead will take to roll out Patients Know Best successfully in their team. Whether they are the first or fifteenth team to roll out PKB, they each need to go through the same process.

Following an overview of PKB's key features,  universal messaging, the library, care plans, consultations and sharing test results it will be time to start mapping your current pathways and designing new pathways incorporating PKB. Setting achievable goals is an important part of this process along with evaluating and measuring the impact of using a PKB as a team with your patients.

This section for the clinical transformation toolkit will take you through each stage of rolling out PKB as a team, before reading through it, it will be useful to look at the examples use cases and workflows on the speciality teams page here.
