In case you completed our checklist and the connectivity issue still manifest, please supply below information when reporting an issue to our support desk:

  1. IP address of the machine where error was observed.

    1. or NAT egress IP as that service appears to outside of your organization.

  2. Integration engine parameters:

    1. Supported TLS versions

    2. Supported cipher suites

    3. Trusted Root CA certs

  3. Target hostname and/or IP you're trying to connect to.

  4. Exact symptom (a stack trace ideally).

These information will help us to quicker troubleshoot root causes.
