Current Wayfinder data requirements

Only outpatient appointments are currently included in the SIU feed

Location is populated for all appointments (PV1-3.9 field)

Speciality is populated for all appointments (PV1-10.1 field)

All textual fields should be in normal text (upper and lower case) with no unnecessary capitalisation, abbreviations or characters.

Specialities should not display as a code or special values (a Hospital Service code set should be provided with a textual description for each code. The trust should also inform PKB of any new codes that require adding to the trust’s code set at any time).

There should not be inappropriate or overly long values or acronyms

There should not be clinically sensitive terminology - Such as 2WW

Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) information must be supplied (in description field NTE-3.1)

Appointments for prisoners must be excluded

Dummy bookings and/or ghost clinics must be excluded
