This represents the access route by which the privacy label of a data point was changed (i.e. a privacy override was provided).

This is comparable to http://fhir.patientsknowbest.com/structuredefinition/access-route, but is used only for privacy override source information.

The access route of a privacy override might be different from the source of the data point to which the privacy label applies.
