Training the trainer consists of four key stages over four sessions. PKB recommends these sessions happen over two weeks. 

Week one

1. The initial training session for the org trainer gives them in-depth training of the patient, carer, professional and coordinator views by the success PM.  Sandbox test site details are given for learning.

2. The second session on feature training. How to create and review a care plan in a patient record. Team Team-based messaging, how to start and reply to a message (Test site self-learning practice creating a care plan with a patient / sending a message). Send and reply to a consultation. How to view tests, medications and library.  

Week two 

1. Third session. Training on the coordinator and an overview of org admin and privacy officer roles by Success PM. What the key features are, and how the role supports the team.

2. Four training session focuses on the specialty team go-lives and key features training. PKB's key features include how to set up universal messaging, the Central Library, use care plans and consultations/questionnaires and share test results with patients

Week three 

1. Org trainer writes a training plan for the org-level go-live and team specialty go-live, which will be planned as part of the work schedule.

2. Org trainer reviews PKB e-learning training. PKB provides it for free for all of our customers and each topic content can be adapted for the org.  

Week four 

1. Success PM delivers training to Patient record team (PRT) coordinators and Data Quality team members following the training plan with the org trainer.

Specialty Team Training

PKB can deliver training for the first few specialty teams in an org or support the training team. At PKB we understand that every org has different resources and training plans to follow. Each specialty team should receive:
