What data can be sent by UKKA?

UKKA will send blood tests for all renal patients, and additional data depending on what that patient’s kidney centre can send from their clinical system.

• Patient Demographics: Basic information such as name, date of birth and NHS number.

• Laboratory Results: Blood & urine test results.

  • UKKA is now sending test results ranges alongside the following test results:

    • Sodium

    • Haemoglobin

    • Albumin Creatinine Ratio in urine (ACR)

    • Protein/Creatinine ratio in urine (PCR)

    • Cholesterol

    • HbA1c

    • Phosphate

    • eGFR

    • Creatinine

    • Potassium

    • Urea

• Clinic Letters

• Care plans

  • My Conditions HTML Care Plan. Note: the MyConditions Care plan may be superseded with a PKB care plan

• Medicines

• Measurements

  • Pulse

  • Weight

  • Height

  • BP Systolic / Diastolic. These results may be sent together as a pair or a single value.

  • Body Mass Index
