Finding a record

As a carer, when you log in you are taken to your own health record, that contains information about you, rather than the people you are caring for. 

How do I find records of people I am caring for? 

In your record, scroll down and click the 'Sharing' button. This will expand and give you a choice of five more buttons - click 'Friends/Family' as shown below.

The Friends/Family page is split into two sections - 'People I look after' and 'People looking after me.' Every record you have access to will display under 'People I look after.'

To view their record

Either click their name or you can click 'View'.
