To provide people with digital care plans with information on ADHD. All information is taken from NICE guidelines.

Outcome

Equip patients with the information they need to self-manage their ADHA before and after diagnosis. Provide generic disease care plans for teams to have in their PKB site for patients to engage with while waiting for treatment or after diagnosis.
