How do I link a device to a patient record?

When in the patient record, navigate to ‘Devices’ and click ‘Add device’. Follow the instructions on your browser to connect the device to the record.

Once you have successfully connected the device, log out of the device account on your browser. This will prevent you from accidentally connecting the device to the next patient record you attempt to connect a device to.

How do I remove a device from a patient record?

In the patient record, navigate to ‘Devices’ and click ‘Disconnect’ next to the device you wish to remove. It is advised to check the application of your connected device to remove the connection there also.
