Please note the server used by universities is different from the one used by real patients and professionals. If you are a university user, this is the link you should follow to login: https://edu.patientsknowbest.com/

How to register
The admin team at your university will invite you by email to register - look out for an email from Patients Know Best with a link (you might want to check your Junk inbox).
Click and follow the link in the email invitation to go to the registration page.
Confirm your Date of Birth on the screen and fill out the rest of your details, including your address - this will be used if you need to reset your password in the future.
Under “job title” you may wish to write “Medical/Pharmacy… Student”.
Choose a good password, select a security question and type in your answer.
Click on the Privacy Policy and User Agreement to read, tick the boxes to accept.
Click the 'Next' button. You will be redirected to the login page. Type in your email address and password to log in.
Your account is now active!
How to login
Navigate to edu.patientsknowbest.com and enter the email address and password you set up when you registered.
You will now be taken to your PKB Record homepage.
How to reset your password
If you forget your password, navigate to edu.patientsknowbest.com and click on the “forgot password” link on the login page.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Click the link and fill in the requested details - this will be your name, date of birth, postcode and security question.
Click next.
Enter a new password and type it a second time to confirm.
Click next.
Your password has been reset and you can now log in.
If you cannot remember your security question:
If you cannot remember your security question or the above password reset form doesn’t work for you, you can ask the admin (which is usually your professor/lecturer/tutor) at your university to send you a password reset link via email.
You will receive an email containing a password reset link, which will take you to a page to create a new password and security question.
