Sustainability Toolkit
Making PKB a record for life
PKB has successful, sustainable relationships with our customers. This enables us to design and deliver deployments that achieve the planned benefits and outcomes, allowing the work to continue for the long term and truly changing healthcare and empowering patients.
The sustainability workstream allows organisations to monitor and evaluate their rollout of PKB. Our Account Managers will work with you to manage regular reviews throughout the life of the contract, reviewing progress against agreed objectives and working collaboratively to evidence the value of delivery to both patients and clinicians.
Outside of direct contract delivery, the PKB Account Management team will also share updates from other regions using PKB and discuss initiatives that have worked, challenges being faced and lessons learnt from these activities.
