Benefits Tracking

Why

Tracking the benefits of implementing PKB enables organisations to measure the impact on productivity and supports future business cases. It also helps identify areas for improvement, optimise PKB's usage, and provide tangible evidence for the value PKB to the organisation, professionals, and patients.

What

PKB supports organisations working with us to track benefits such as patient outcomes, satisfaction levels, and operational efficiencies. Our stats reports and data also provide evidence of cost-saving outcomes and improvements in care delivery through initiatives like PIFU or eMeet and Greet.

How

Collect metrics, set goals, deliver outcomes

Collect data, satisfaction surveys, and operational metrics before implementing PKB in the organisation or team. Referring back to the business case, checking organisation initiatives before collecting metrics and setting goals for the use of PKB. Align PKB features with the metrics that need to be taken, i.e. phone calls or DNA rates, so the data can be analysed to evaluate the impact of PKB implementation.

PKB Success PM will regularly share stats and project reports with the project team, and track benefits and goals continuously throughout the rollout.

Tracking benefits

Tracking the benefits allows organisations to assess the impact of PKB as a Personal Health Record. It provides concrete data to measure whether PKB is achieving its intended objectives, such as improving patient outcomes, enhancing care coordination, or reducing costs.

By monitoring benefits, organisations can make informed decisions about the expansion of PKB within the organisation.

It enables organisations to identify areas for improvement and optimise the use of PKB to maximise its potential benefits. Analyzing data on patient outcomes, satisfaction levels, and reduction of administrative and operational costs helps enhance the quality of care delivery.

Stats

Statistical Data and Reports

The PKB Success project manager (PM) attached to the organisation will send the project team a regular stats report on the organisation's progress, including records created, registration numbers, and engagement stats. Access to these reports can be provided by the Success PM, who will give you access to a number of reports, including the weekly project report. Instructions on how to use the statistics reports are in the PKB manual here.
